I base any Florida travel costs around Bradenton. One hour of drivetime is included for free, as far north as Tampa, Clearwater, and Brandon, and then as far south as Sarasota and even Venice. In general I prefer not to charge for travel, so don’t get too hung up on how far “one hour of drivetime” is. :)
